By using PMARS, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What PMARS is

PMARS provides academic resources: examinations and marking schemes for schools, optional exam marking and analytics, workshops, past and practice questions, subject notes, and a directory of teachers. For the directory, we help you find and contact teachers directly; we are not a party to any arrangement, lesson, or payment you make with a teacher, and we don't guarantee any teacher's availability, qualifications, or the outcome of working with them.

Access codes

Paid solutions, notes and the teacher directory are unlocked with access codes issued by us. A code for a download can be used once and is then spent, so save the file when you download it. A code for the teacher directory is valid for one month from its first use. Codes can't be refunded, exchanged or transferred once used, and we may cancel a code that is misused or shared.

School services

Examinations, marking, analytics and workshops are provided on request. Scope, price, delivery and timelines are agreed with the school before work begins. Exam papers and marking schemes are for the requesting school's own use and must not be resold or published.

Accounts

Only administrators have accounts on PMARS. Administrators are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the facilitator information they publish.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to submit false information, scrape or bulk-copy the directory, share or resell access codes or downloaded materials, or misuse the contact details shown on facilitator profiles for spam or unrelated solicitation.

Content ownership

The PMARS name, design, site content, and the questions, solutions and notes we publish belong to GDN Prime. Past examination papers remain the property of their respective examining bodies. Facilitator profile details belong to the respective facilitators and are published with their consent.

Availability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but make no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every listing is current at all times.

Limitation of liability

PMARS and GDN Prime are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any interaction with a facilitator found through it.

Termination

We may suspend or remove admin access, or update or remove listings, at our discretion, for example in response to inaccurate information or misuse.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
