Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PMARS collects, why, and how it's handled. PMARS is a GDN Prime product.

Information in the teacher directory

Facilitator profiles (name, photo, subject specialties, location, years of experience, phone number, WhatsApp number, and email address) are added and maintained by the PMARS admin team, typically at the facilitator's request or with their consent, so that visitors can find and contact them directly. This information is shown to visitors who hold a valid access code, by design. A facilitator who wants their profile corrected or removed can reach us via the Contact page.

Information you submit through our forms

If you use the Contact form or a service request form (examinations, marking and analytics, or workshops), we collect your name, email address, phone number, school name where asked, and the details you write. That information is sent to our inbox by email and used only to respond to your inquiry or request. It is not added to the public directory or used for marketing.

Access codes and downloads

Free downloads need no information from you. Paid downloads and the teacher directory are unlocked with access codes. We record when a code was used and, for downloads, which item it unlocked, so that each code can only be used as intended. A code used for the teacher directory is stored in a cookie on your device so you stay unlocked until it expires. We do not link codes to your identity unless you tell us who the code was issued to.

Administrator accounts

PMARS administrators sign in with an email and password managed through a secure, trusted third-party authentication provider. Admin credentials are never visible to site visitors.

Who processes this data

• A secure, trusted third-party provider hosts our database, authentication, and file storage, including facilitator photos and downloadable materials.
• A secure, trusted third-party provider delivers email sent through the Contact form.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Children's information

PMARS lists contact information for facilitators offering services, not personal information about children. Our examinations and materials are written for learners but are requested and paid for by schools, parents and teachers, who are responsible for any consent needed on behalf of children. If you believe a child's information has ended up on the site, please contact us and we'll remove it promptly.
